Given what we’ve discovered thus far about what five dollars gets you, you may ask “How is that even possible?”

 

It’s about the number crunching. See, it costs about $1 for each issue of The Hinesburg Record to show up in your mailbox. And, between Nov. 1, 2024, and Jan. 1, 2025, if you donate any amount up to $1,000 to The Hinesburg Record, those dollars will be matched at 200 percent via the INN (Institute for Nonprofit News) Newsmatch program. So, your donated $5 becomes $15 and, voila, you’ve paid for your copies of all 10 issues of The Hinesburg Record for a year, plus 5 more!
